That’s why we have been working as a recruitment agency for the largest and most renowned companies in Switzerland since 1998. However, the word “work” is not quite the right word. Our ecological footprint
We take our responsibility towards the environment seriously. We are proud that our company has comparatively low CO2 emissions and has significantly reduced its electricity consumption, relying solely on renewable sources. We are now co-owners of 126 m² of solar panels, which cover the majority of our electricity needs in Switzerland. We are also exploring options for solar energy in Berlin and Sofia.
This is just the first step. Since 2022, we have been measuring our CO2 emissions from air travel and financially offsetting them through myclimate. Although we slightly missed our target for 2023, we are now prioritizing train travel between Berlin and Zurich.
We believe it is crucial to act now in order to contribute to a sustainable future. In 2025, we will create and implement a net-zero plan for 2035, in accordance with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). Thank you for joining us on this journey towards a more sustainable future.

Many companies try to bypass data protection. Not us. We are convinced that data cannot be handled with too much responsibility. That’s why we meticulously comply not only with Swiss but also with European data protection regulations. We can guarantee with a clear conscience that your data is strictly confidential with us. And will be treated accordingly.
All the data we receive about your application can be viewed by our employees at all locations. But you can be one hundred percent sure that each of our locations complies with the applicable data protection laws (DSG and DSGVO). We never store and process your data without your prior consent. With your consent, we store your (application) documents in order to contact you or send you suitable job postings. Upon written request, you can inspect your records, revoke your data and/or be deleted from our database.
Our engagement for the United Nations Global Compact
The UN Global Compact is the world’s largest initiative for corporate responsibility and sustainability. As a participant, we must prove each year that we support and follow the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact proclaimed by the UN General Assembly in 2000 and respect human rights. We joined the UN Global Compact Switzerland & Liechtenstein in 2022. Each year, we submit a sustainability report outlining our ongoing efforts to respect human rights, labour rights, the environment and anti-corruption and implement them in our business processes. This involves not only our own business processes but also a review of all our business relationships, for example with suppliers, customers and clients. The longer you work for us, the more you will see that all these standards are embedded in every one of our processes and actions. Of course, we are not perfect, but every day we try our best to meet the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact.
