Effective process
The initial search process is very fast; we usually submit suitable profiles around a week after receiving enquiries. We have established efficient processes and the necessary recruiting capacities on our side. You as a candidate also need to act quickly and, for example, confirm your consent (exclusivity agreement) for submission to the client in a timely manner. The actual selection and interview process with the client may then take a little longer, but the actual start date is usually within one to three months from the first publication of the job on our homepage.
