Supporting LGBTI Equality
In 2021, RM Group proudly joined the list of supporters of the UN Standards of Conduct for Businesses Opposing Discrimination Against LGBTI Persons. This partnership is part of the Partnership for Global LGBTI Equality, a coalition dedicated to accelerating equality and inclusion for LGBTI persons worldwide. The standards we uphold include “respect for human rights,” “elimination of discrimination,” and “prevention of human rights violations.”
The Diversity Charter
We have long been involved with the Diversity Charter, an initiative aimed at promoting the recognition, appreciation, and inclusion of diversity in the workplace. By signing this charter, we commit to creating a work environment free of prejudice where all employees are valued, regardless of age, ethnic origin, gender identity, physical abilities, religion, sexual orientation, or social background.
Ensuring Gender Equality
Gender equality is a core value at RM Group. In 2021, we used the standard analysis tool Logib to assess pay equity. The analysis showed that women at RM Group earn only 3.2% less than men, a difference small enough to be considered “no gender effect.” This result demonstrates our commitment to fair working conditions, and we will continue striving for equality in the workplace.
A Global and Diverse Workforce
Our commitment to diversity is also reflected in our workforce, which includes employees from 19 different nations who speak a total of 20 languages. Despite our diverse backgrounds, we all share a common vision.
