QA Expert – Senior

QA Expert – Senior vacancy for a globally operating Neuchatel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your tasks:

• Participation in GMP audits and shopfloor are part of the activities.
• QA Senior expert shall promote and be involved in Continuous Improvement.
• Conducting GMP-compliant batch record review and approve batch documentation, ensuring timely batch evaluation for externally manufactured products.
• A Senior expert has to understand and apply EHS guidelines and commitments policy, report risk situations and improvement opportunities to supervisory personnel.
• Preparing and approving documents required for batch release by regulatory authorities.
• Overseeing and managing deviations, changes, and other Quality Management System documents related to external products.
• Responsible for Quality Assurance in the frame of activities all along the manufacturing and release process.
• Serving as a professional and effective liaison with external partners, fostering strong collaboration and communication.
• Coordinating complaint handling in partnership with external collaborators and global/local teams
• Supporting preparations for regulatory inspections and actively contribute to internal inspections and global audits involving external partners

Your experience/knowledge:

• Several years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Oversight, or Regulatory Compliance within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Excellent experience in QA Pharma activities, experienced with for compliance and quality oversight related to activities throughout the manufacturing and release process of bulk drug substance (BDS).
• Strong expertise in GMP regulations and their practical application.
• Language skills: English – fluent
