Data Services Lead vacancy requiring profound ERP and MDM knowledge for a globally operating Neuchatel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.
Your tasks:
- Taking responsibility as SME on the CMMS including the codification of spare-parts
- Managing and ensuring the integrity of the data stored in the CMMS
- Creating and modifying the equipment part-list and TAGs
- Performing preventive and predictive maintenance and calibration as well as parameter modification
- Dispensing formation to all employees who have access to the CMMS while also managing the documentation
- Participating in a CAPEX project and overseeing all projects linked to the CMMS
Your experience/knowledge:
- Practical experience as a data services lead or in another relevant position
- Expertise in data management along with proficiency in CMMS
- Knowhow of hierarchy management of equipment in the systems
- Well-versed in communicating knowledge to employees and maintaining documentation
- Language skills: English – fluent in written and spoken

- A high degree of self-organisation and time management
- Analytical and solution-orientated thinking
