Business Change Analyst vacancy for a globally operating Zug based company in the Trading sector.
Your tasks:
- Driving business change initiatives to support transformation within commodity trading and mining operations
- Engaging with cross-functional stakeholders to define, document, and implement business solutions aligned with organizational goals
- Conducting detailed business analysis to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Managing multiple business transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives
- Leveraging data analytics to support decision-making, enhance operational performance, and drive commercial success
Your experience/knowledge:
- Several years of experience as a Business Change Analyst with a background in the Big Four or a top-tier management consulting firm
- In-depth understanding of commodity trading, mining operations, and the trade lifecycle
- Proficiency with trading platforms, supply chain management tools, and financial systems related to commodity trading and mining (nice to have)
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, SQL, Power BI, or other data analysis tools to support strategic decision-making would be an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Language skills: English – fluent, German would be advantageous
