PMO vacancy for a globally operating Zürich based company in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Reviewing alerts and conducting thorough checks using client database and various analytical tools to identify true matches
• Justifying and meticulously documenting assessments to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Collaborating effectively with partners across the 1st and 2nd lines of defense to seek additional support when needed
• Assisting in tracking project progress, reporting, and setting up project frameworks to enhance operational efficiency

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proven experience in Compliance, Risk Management, KYC profiling, or screening
• Proficiency in project management software and tools to enhance efficiency and communication
• Strong understanding of banking operations, regulations, and current industry trends
• Language skills: English – fluent

Your soft skills:

• Excellent comprehension skills with attention to detail
• A high degree of self-organisation and time management
• Analytical and solution-orientated thinking
