Commercial Real Estate Agent vacancy for our Sofia based client in the Real Estate sector.

Your tasks:

• Crafting and implementing short to mid-term strategies that align with market trends, positioning the company for continued growth and success
• Building and sustaining strong relationships with Tenants, Landlords, solicitors, and key industry professionals to facilitate successful transactions
• Gathering information about local market trends, property values and rental rates
• Representing clients in the leasing process of commercial properties
• Providing expert advice and guidance throughout the real estate transaction process, from initial negotiations to deal closure
• Preparing compelling presentations, detailed analyses, and all necessary documentation to support Lease deals

     
Your experience/knowledge:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar managerial position
• Deep understanding of commercial real estate markets, including office, retail, industrial, and multi-family sectors
• Solid presentation skills during meetings, public and media events
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Economics, Business, or a related field
• Language skills: English –  fluent in written and spoken

• Excellent comprehension skills with attention to detail
• A high degree of self-organisation and time management
• Analytical and solution-orientated thinking
