IT Support Engineer – 2nd level, Active Directory, IT Hardware – this is a long term contract opportunity for an IT Supporter to join our based company in the Financial Services sector.

Your tasks:

• Monitoring of incidents, service requests and team mailbox
• Provide 2nd level IT support to customers, either remotely or in person
• Client hardware installations, repairs, staging, configurations
• Mobile device configuration and support

Your experience/knowledge:
 

• Experience in IT client hardware support
• Experience with virtual meeting support, hardware repairs, staging computer devices, and client hardware installations
• Ability to report, monitor, and analyze performance according to agreed service levels
• Knowledge of Active Directory
• Language skills: English

• Excellent comprehension skills with attention to detail
• A high degree of self-organisation and time management
• Analytical and solution-orientated thinking
