Procurement and Planning SME Pharma vacancy for a globally operating Neuchatel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your tasks:

• Maintaining and updating delivery planning to ensure smooth supply chain operations
• Providing clear visibility on stock-out dates to relevant departments to support their planning and execution
• Identifying potential bottlenecks and initiating the appropriate escalation process to resolve issues efficiently
• Analyzing Material Requirements Planning non-BOM messages and generating new orders as required
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives, such as developing and updating tutorials and documentation for raw material supply chain activities
• Managing inventory tracking systems and implementing process improvements for greater efficiency

     
Your experience/knowledge:

• 1 to 3+ year of experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
• Solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices and experience working within a GMP-regulated environment is a must have
• Proficiency with ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Language skills: English – fluent in written and spoken
