Technology Workstream Lead – Supply Chain Distribution vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your tasks:

• Developing and executing robust technology strategies aligned with the objectives of the STEP Transformation Program
• Ensuring seamless interoperability and optimal performance across multiple technologies
• Managing project timelines, resources, and budgets to meet milestones and deliverables within scope and deadlines
• Engaging with cross-functional teams, senior management, and stakeholders to communicate project status, risks, and facilitate informed decision-making
• Identifying and proactively address risks associated with technology implementation
• Guaranteeing technology solutions meet industry best practices, regulatory standards, and high-quality benchmarks for reliability and security
• Driving initiatives to support the adoption of new technologies and processes across the organization.  

Your experience/knowledge:
 

• Proven track record in leading technological transformation programs, including successful implementation and integration of complex systems
• Expertise in project management methodologies and tools, particularly for large-scale technology projects
• Deep understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies, with a commitment to delivering high-quality technology solutions
• Proficiency in change management principles with hands-on experience driving organizational change
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards relevant to the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring compliance in all technology implementations
• Language skills: English – fluent
