Incident & Problem Manager – Finance

Incident & Problem Manager vacancy requiring profound Finance knowledge for a globally operating Zurich based company in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Coordinating major incidents and ensuring that problems are resolved as soon as possible
• Initiating the task force, to make sure that services are running smoothly
• Updating stakeholders during the process as well as reporting and documenting incidents
• Complying with the regulatory requirements and ensuring that the governance processes are followed
• Being responsible for problem reports and problem tracking

Your experience/knowledge:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar position in the financial industry
• Proven track-record of working in a large global company
• Familiarity with complex IT system landscapes in large banking or insurance companies
• University degree in information technology or business information technology, preferably with an ITIL certification
• Language skills: English – fluent, German is beneficial

Your soft skills:

• Proactive team player with excellent comprehension skills and attention to detail
• A high degree of self-organisation and time management
• Analytical and solution-orientated thinking
